The Changelog

We are back with another notable update. Aside from squashing numerous bugs, these are the new features that have been introduced:

  • Users can now request an activation mail from the site. The admin doesn't have to do it manually.
  • We now display the username and email for users in the registration complete page.
  • HPOJ can now support more ranking styles with options to customize the parameters.
  • Added new APIs that were requested for research purposes.
  • Added faq page for users
  • Made minor UI improvements

We are back with another notable update. Aside from squashing numerous bugs, these are the new features that have been introduced:

  • Contest administrators can restrict the users from rejoining the live contest if the student leaves contest midway. An alert will be shown for such contest before leaving. So please be sure about the decision.

After quite a while, we are out with the next version of HPOJ. 🚀🎉

Changelog:

  • Introducing a new standalone IDE in alignment with the code, compile and run feature. Users can now enjoy custom invocation and need not have a local development environment. 😱🔥
  • Authors can now share code templates for problem submission. ✅
  • Presenting Matsya, Kurma, and Varaha. These are the 3 automated graders behind the hood. Users can experience faster grading and improved site reliability. 🔥🎉
  • Added support for 2-factor authentication. Check it out on your profile page. 🔐
  • Added support for detailed contest analytics and report generation for the faculty. 📈
  • Lots of minor improvements and bug fixes. 🐛

V 2.0 - HPOJ Reloaded 🎉🚀

We are extremely happy to announce that version 2.0 is now live.

New features:

  • Improved architecture.
  • UI/UX enhancements.
  • Problems and contests can now be made private to organizations.
  • Enable / Disable virtual join for contests.
  • Contest stats and progress analysis (for administrators).
  • Displays available judges for submission.
  • See overall resource usage for every submission.
  • Enables the comments section for discussions once a contest is over.

More awesome features are being planned to be added within this semester. Stay tuned for more updates.

We are happy to announce that we've added a few new features and squashed a lot of bugs under the hood 🐛. Notably, users can now track all of their tickets from the link on the navbar ✔. We've also made a few changes to the comments section to prevent abuse during live contests .

HPOJ is on its way to new horizons and is venturing into V 2.0
